The internet is a wonderful resource and it’s for everybody. However, almost one in seven adults living in Ireland have never used the internet.
The ‘Digital Skills for Citizens’ Programme focuses on supporting and empowering citizens to participate fully in Ireland’s digital economy and society. This scheme provides digital skills training for citizens who have never used the internet with a view to removing a key barrier to digital adoption.
You are invited to a coffee morning in the Glasshouse Hotel on Tuesday 24th September at 11.00am where you can sign up for this free course.
It’s a lot of fun – meet new people and learn new skills. If there is anyone you know who you think will benefit please encourage them to come along.
RSVP Essential – Antoinette or Sarah, Sligo PPN, 071 911 4430 or email firstname.lastname@example.org before Monday 23rd September at 4pm.
