Gregory is a founding member and of the Enniscrone Men’s Shed. He is familiar with the funding process and has an excellent working relationship with the the funding groups. He is an active community member. Gregory works hard to deliver assigned objectives in a timely and complete manner.

Dr. John Williams FAMLS, MBA, PhD I am 66 and retired. I was: Pathology manager at Sligo University Hospital (SUH) On the Hospital Executive Committee Founder member and chair of the Research and Education Foundation at SUH Set up and chaired the Research Advisory Committee at SUH; one of my roles included adjudication on grant applications Set up the SUH research ethics committee and chaired for 8 years Advisor to RIQAS international QA scheme (the largest such scheme in the world) for over 20 years Served on the Health Research Board’s multidisciplinary research grants awarding committee On course evaluation committees in ATU Sligo, ATU Galway, MTU Cork, University of Galway, DIT, University of Ulster, Coleraine I now lead a team establishing better collaborative research between SUH, ATU Sligo and University of Galway. I believe in the Leader “Bottom up” approach to supporting communities and I know my experience will further this philosophy.
