We administer and run a community centre in Ballintogher village. Activities in the centre include classes in yoga, drama, keep fit, sean nós, and set dancing. Every Tuesday meals are served to an active retired group from the area. The centre provides meeting facilities for the local GAA and Soccer Club, Community Games, Tidy Towns Group, Text Alert Group. Events at the annual Traditional Festival take place here. There are regular drama performances, ceilithe and concerts. It is used by the local school for PE activities and performances.
