Join us on Friday 28th of March for a day filled with informative sessions, interactive workshops, and exciting exhibitors focused on improving your health and well-being. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to connect with local community service providers to support you as you age. Guest speakers on the day covering a wide range of topics including the Healthy Age Friendly Homes Programme, Fraudsmart, Falls & Fraility, and supports available from SEAI.
