CLÁR 2025 was launched on 4th April 2025. The programme will be delivered through the following three separate Measures:
The deadline for Local Authorities or County Councils to submit these applications to the Department is 13th June 2025.
The Local Authorities will set their own deadline date for receipt of applications from prospective applicants to them. Please contact your Local Authority to find out their deadline date.
